Where are the tutorials?

The badge section of the forums mentions a new user and advanced tutorial section. Where can we find these?

Thanks @joshua, I ended up deactivating both those badges as the descriptions aren’t editable. The “tutorials” the badge descriptions were discussing were the discourse (forum software) tutorials so I can see how that was unnecessarily confusing. Thanks for pointing that out!
